Whether you’re an empty nester downsizing or seeking assistance in relocating parents, our goal is to make moving as smooth as possible. Suzy’s Helping Hands does the following:
- Prepare for the moving company, by sorting, labeling and organizing possessions
- Work with you to determine which items must receive extra care, such as medications, jewelry and other family heirlooms
- Coordinate with the moving company(ies)
- Arrange for disconnection and reconnection of utilities
- Prepare the new home so it is ready when the client arrives (set up furniture, TV, computer, etc.)
- Supervise moving company and unbox smaller items
- Prepare the new residence so clients feel at home the minute they arrive
